Aquest estudi ofereix una visi\u00f3 detallada de com les marques han gestionat les seves comunitats, generat interaccions i optimitzat la seva pres\u00e8ncia en plataformes com <strong>Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Linkedin, TikTok i Twitch.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Principals conclusions de l&#8217;Observatori de Marques en Xarxes Socials 2024 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3><strong>1. Disminuci\u00f3 de la comunitat total<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los datos m\u00e1s llamativos del estudio es la disminuci\u00f3n del 12% en la comunidad total de seguidores respecto al a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facebook<\/strong> continua sent la xarxa social amb major quota de comunitat (61%, enfront del 58% en 2023), mentre que <strong>Instagram<\/strong> descendeix al 21% (des del 24%). <strong>YouTube<\/strong> va cr\u00e9ixer lleugerament, i <strong>Twitter <\/strong>(X) va mantenir la seva quota.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 reflecteix una consolidaci\u00f3 de Facebook com la xarxa amb m\u00e9s seguidors, encara que l&#8217;activitat en altres plataformes m\u00e9s visuals continua sent crucial per a les marques.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/autoritas.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-09-26-a-las-10.41.32-1024x581.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"454\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3><strong>2. Augment de publicacions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>Les marques han incrementat la seva activitat en xarxes, amb un creixement del 2% en el nombre mitj\u00e0 de publicacions per marca. La mitjana va passar de <strong>2.820 publicacions<\/strong> en 2023 a <strong>2.885<\/strong> en 2024. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facebook<\/strong> i <strong>YouTube<\/strong> s\u00f3n les plataformes on m\u00e9s va cr\u00e9ixer la quantitat de contingut publicat, mentre que en <strong>Instagram<\/strong> i <strong>Twitter<\/strong> va haver-hi un descens. No obstant aix\u00f2, Twitter continua sent la xarxa on es realitzen m\u00e9s publicacions, amb un 61% de quota en publicacions, encara que aix\u00f2 suposa una disminuci\u00f3 respecte al 76% de l&#8217;any anterior. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 subratlla que, a pesar que Twitter t\u00e9 una forta pres\u00e8ncia, les din\u00e0miques de contingut estan canviant, i plataformes visuals com YouTube i Facebook estan recobrant protagonisme.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Disminuci\u00f3 de les interaccions i el engagement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;estudi mostra un <strong>descens del 33% en el nombre total d&#8217;interaccions<\/strong> en comparaci\u00f3 amb 2023, la qual cosa indica un desafiament per a les marques en intentar captar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 del p\u00fablic.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Quant al <strong>engagement<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 es registra una caiguda significativa, del 26%. <strong>Instagram<\/strong> continua sent la plataforma amb major taxa de engagement (61% enfront del 72% de l&#8217;any anterior), encara que destaca el creixement de <strong>YouTube<\/strong>, que va millorar considerablement el seu engagement, passant d&#8217;un 12% en 2023 a un 22% en 2024. Facebook continua sent la xarxa amb menor nivell de engagement, la qual cosa demostra la import\u00e0ncia de generar contingut atractiu i rellevant en plataformes m\u00e9s visuals. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/autoritas.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-09-26-a-las-10.44.28-1024x583.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"455\"><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3><strong>4. Menor viralitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>En 2024, la viralitat va disminuir un 2%, amb <strong>37.194 comparticions totals<\/strong>, enfront de les <strong>37.945<\/strong> de 2023. Encara que el descens no \u00e9s dram\u00e0tic, continua marcant una disminuci\u00f3 constant any rere any. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Twitter (X)<\/strong> continua sent la xarxa m\u00e9s viral, amb una quota del 74% (enfront del 81,79% de l&#8217;any anterior), encara que <strong>Facebook<\/strong> ha experimentat un increment notable, aconseguint el 26% (enfront del 18% en 2023).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta tend\u00e8ncia mostra un lleuger canvi en la manera en qu\u00e8 els usuaris interactuen amb els continguts en xarxes socials, prioritzant la viralitat en plataformes m\u00e9s visuals.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Efici\u00e8ncia disminu\u00efda<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>A pesar que <strong>Instagram<\/strong> continua sent la xarxa m\u00e9s eficient, amb un 80% de la quota d&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia, l&#8217;estudi reflecteix una <strong>disminuci\u00f3 general en l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia<\/strong> de les marques en xarxes socials.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta m\u00e8trica, que mesura les interaccions generades per publicaci\u00f3, va caure un <strong>35%<\/strong> en 2024, la qual cosa indica que les marques necessiten majors esfor\u00e7os per a aconseguir resultats comparables als d&#8217;anys anteriors.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia en <strong>Facebook<\/strong> va millorar lleugerament, passant del 10% a l&#8217;11%, mentre que YouTube tamb\u00e9 va experimentar una lleu pujada, del 7% al 8%. D&#8217;altra banda, <strong>Twitter<\/strong> continua sent la xarxa menys eficient, amb nom\u00e9s un 1% de la quota total. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>6. Domini del sector deportis<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p>El sector esports, impulsat en gran part per LALIGA, lidera els r\u00e0nquings en la majoria de m\u00e8triques.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Al marge d&#8217;esports, l&#8217;escenari \u00e9s m\u00e9s heterogeni, amb altres sectors com a <strong>Bellesa i Higiene<\/strong> dominant en comunitat, i <strong>Editorial<\/strong> destacant tant en publicacions com en interaccions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comunitat<\/strong>: Bellesa i Higiene lidera amb un 15,64%, seguit per Editorial i Inform\u00e0tica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Publicacions<\/strong>: El sector editorial, amb marques com As.com, encap\u00e7ala el nombre de publicacions, seguit de Turisme i Telecomunicacions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interaccions<\/strong>: Editorial i Moda destaquen en aquest \u00e0mbit, mostrant el poder del contingut visual i d&#8217;entreteniment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/autoritas.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Captura-de-pantalla-2024-09-26-a-las-10.42.55-1024x587.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"459\"><\/h3>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<h3><strong>7. Tend\u00e8ncies per plataformes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>LinkedIn<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>El 69% de les marques tenen pres\u00e8ncia en Linkedin, encara que aquesta xarxa \u00e9s la menys prioritzada en termes de freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de publicaci\u00f3. <strong>Uber Eats<\/strong> \u00e9s la marca amb major comunitat en Linkedin, mentre que marques com <strong>Turkish Airlines<\/strong> i <strong>Telef\u00f3nica<\/strong> destaquen en interaccions i efici\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Linkedin continua sent clau per a sectors com a serveis professionals i finances, encara que la quantitat de publicacions \u00e9s molt de menor que en altres xarxes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Twitch<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Twitch<\/strong>, un 9,66% de les marques analitzades tenen pres\u00e8ncia, sent l&#8217;<strong>Electr\u00f2nica de Consum<\/strong> el sector m\u00e9s actiu, amb marques com <strong>PlayStation<\/strong> i <strong>Ubisoft<\/strong> liderant tant en comunitat com en publicacions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A pesar que hi ha poques marques en Twitch, les que s\u00f3n presents es destaquen, encara que el nombre de v\u00eddeos i clips publicats ha disminu\u00eft respecte a 2023.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instagram<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Instagram continua sent una xarxa crucial per a les marques. Encara que els <strong>reels<\/strong> s\u00f3n el format m\u00e9s popular pel seu abast (37,87%), els <strong>carrusels<\/strong> van resultar ser els m\u00e9s efectius en termes de <strong>engagement<\/strong> amb una taxa del 10,15%. Les <strong>stories<\/strong>, encara que el format m\u00e9s utilitzat (71,92%), generen el menor abast.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>TikTok<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>TikTok<\/strong>, la tend\u00e8ncia mostra que a major grand\u00e0ria de compte, major \u00e9s el engagement i les visualitzacions. Els comptes grans (&#8220;Huge&#8221;) publiquen m\u00e9s contingut i obtenen m\u00e9s visualitzacions, mentre que els comptes petits (&#8220;Tiny&#8221;) tenen un menor ritme de publicacions. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>TikTok continua creixent en rellev\u00e0ncia, amb les <strong>18.00 hores<\/strong> sent el millor moment per a publicar i el <strong>dilluns<\/strong> com el dia amb m\u00e9s visualitzacions per v\u00eddeo.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8.
